gym last night

my brother met me up :)

  • 10 min warmup walk on treadmill
  • back + biceps
  • 30 minute elliptical - 2.15 miles - i had it on level 8
  • 1 mile on treadmill - 11 minutes. I actually stopped to walk for a few seconds too.

Getting back on track!

Oh, I was the only female at the gym last night. Some older guy kept coming over giving me gym tips. I appreciated it… but I just want to workout, not get lectured on every different machine machine I use. :/

  • 10 minute warmup on the elliptical
  • Mostly chest/triceps, a little bit of back and shoulders. a little bit of everything, didn’t want to overdo it since I haven’t been in a little while.
  • 25 minutes/4.02 miles on the elliptical. I don’t know how this machine measures distance, because 4 miles seems like a lot in only 25 minutes. Maybe because I turned the level up to 6?

And I’m not too sore today.

  • 15.30 minute warmup on the elliptical 1.02 miles
  • back + biceps
  • 25 minutes / 1.70 miles elliptical
  • 15 minute cooldown on the treadmill

Making it to the gym after working all day was an accomplishment on its own.

Not so great pace, but it’s whatever. I worked up a good sweat, that’s all I cared about.

gym this morning

SOOO did not want to get out of bed this morning. I was all comfy… and then my best friend called and told me to get my butt up. Love her.

  • 15 minutes / 0.79 mile warmup on the treadmill
  • legs
  • 30 minutes / 4.76 miles on the elliptical. I don’t even know how I accomplished this, but I’ll take it.

Now off to work. My next day off isn’t until Christmas eve D:

  • 15 minute/1 mile (warmup) on the elliptical
  • triceps / chest / shoulders, a little bit of abs
  • 22 minutes / 2 miles on the treadmill
  • 12 minute / 0.66 mile cooldown 
  • 11 minutes / 1.86 miles on the bike

Feels good :)

Gym tonight

I didn’t make it this morning, so I met my friend up after we both worked all day and we worked our butts off some more.

  • 20 minute warmup on the bike 2.0 miles
  • biceps + back
  • 15 minutes on the elliptical, 1.48 miles - I could/should have kept going, but it was getting late so we called it quits for the night. :/ I had a good pace though. I really want to start working on my speed instead of just endurance/distance.

Now time to wind down and relax..

Went alright considering I didn’t even want to get out of bed this morning.

  • 1.63 miles on the elliptical

Now going to get ready for work -____-

gym today

Yoga class this morning, I really liked it! I’m going to go from now on. I’m so out of shape though, I need to get more flexible.

Then I ran about 2 miles on the treadmill / 20 minutes. Good pace. Sweat my butt off.

Off to shower + work, then I have 2 glorious days off :)

  • 15 minute warmup on treadmill
  • biceps + back
  • 2 miles / 20 minutes elliptical
  • 10 minutes on the bike, I think it was around 1.87 miles or something like that. (Honestly I was exhausted by this time and didn’t push too hard.)
  • Used the sauna for the first time today… amazing.

It was a good workout!

Now I’m off to work for the next 9-10 hours. I’ll sleep good tonight!

  • 15 minute treadmill warmup 0.75 miles
  • legs, mainly quads + hamstrings
  • run 2.24 miles/29 minutes

Biceps + abs were a little sore from yesterday, so I wanted to do something opposite.

I need to go gym clothes shopping.
