Now I’m off to get ready for day two of study group.
I went for a quick run last night after studying, but it was too late and getting dark and I was getting attacked by mosquitos :( better than nothing I suppose.
0.25 miles / 5 min - warmup walk
0.53 miles / 5:49 min jog
0.33 miles 7 minute cool down

was cut short due to obnoxious people plugging their phone into the gyms speakers and blaring ghetto music that I could hear over my headphones. Don’t get me wrong, I like hip hop. But the sound quality from their phone was terrible for one, and two it was just inconsiderate and annoyed the hell out of me.
So I did warmup walk on the treadmill for about 15 minutes, the elliptical for 28 minutes/3.15 miles, and a little bit on the bike before I got fed up and left. Hopefully I don’t have a repeat tonight.
I’m too tired/lazy to remember the stats.

- 20 minutes on the bike - 4.01 miles
- back + biceps
- 20 minutes on the elliptical - 2.34 miles
- 16 minutes on the treadmill - 1.33 miles
