- went for a jog
- came home and did yoga
- bought some healthier groceries
- didn’t eat any fast food/junk/soda
- my clinical patients this week don’t have too many meds, which means less cards I have to make.
- Andddd now I’m going to study some meds for my Pharmacology exam. Joy
